How to create a ticket for Smartsheet Support
First, go to https://medschool.zendesk.com
Click the Desktop Support Button
While filling out the appropriate information, be sure to check the box asking: 'Is this request related to Smartsheet?'
This will submit a support ticket and someone will respond with assistance.
