1. Open Keychain Access
2. Find any passwords saved that say SSO, University, UCDenver, or CUAnschutz and delete them.
3. Follow the instructions OIT has provided to update your password found here: https://www.cuanschutz.edu/offices/office-of-information-technology/get-help/tech-troubleshooting/password-reset-process
4. After you have reset your password, go to passport.ucdenver.edu/cusecure.php and sign-in to verify your credentials have been changed.
5. On your Mac, sign-in to the applications that use your University credentials. Outlook, the rest of the Office apps, and Adobe are the main apps that will use those credentials.
