To add a printer via ENZO
If you know the name of the printer, open File Explorer and enter \\enzo.
Once open, enter the name of the printer in the top right Search ENZO field. If the printer is returned, double-click it to install.
To add a printer via the IP Address
- Click on the Start menu, type "printer" and select Printers and scanners
- At the Printers and scanners window, click Add a device
- The window will then populate with many printers. Scroll down until you see The printer that I want isn't listed click Add manually (If at the bottom of the list, scroll up a bit to see)
- Select Add a printer using an IP address or hostname and click Next
- Change Device type: to Autodetect
- Enter the IP address of the printer in Hostname or IP address address:
- You should then see this window
- If prompted to select a driver, start with the Microsoft PCL6 Driver
- The next Window will allow you to rename the printer
- Do not share this printer
- Finally you can print a test page or Finish the setup
If you are unable to print, you might need to add or change the drivers.
Also be aware that some printers require an accounting code.
Update the Drivers for a Printer add via IP Address (More advanced but no necessarily needed)
The next thing you may want to do is update the printer's driver. Search the web using the printer's model name + driver, for instance "Konica Minolta C368 driver" - You should be able to locate a page to download a driver for the printer.

If the download file is zipped, unzip the folder before proceeding.
To update the printer's drivers, locate and click on the printer from the Printers & scanners window. Select Printer Properties. Select the Advanced tab then New Driver.
Click Next then Have Disk... Browse and locate the downloaded folder, select .inf file, then hit Okay.
