To add account tracking for a Konica printer on macOS, follow these steps.
Please note that you will need the proper driver in order for these settings to work.

- Open a Word document.
- Go to the File menu and select "Print".
- Click on the arrow next to "Copies & Pages" to minimize that section.

Click on the arrow next to "Printer Options" to expand that section.
- In the print dialog, find and select "Output Method".
- Check the box for "Account Track" and enter the required account track password in the next prompt.
- Check the "Save Settings" option to save these settings for future use.
