Citrix Workspace allows you to launch UCH applications like Epic through myapps.uchealth.org
You can launch the apps through the Citrix Workspace app directly, or through the website myapps.uchealth.org
Note that if you launch an app through the myapps.uchealth.org website, Citrix Workspace must be installed. Click on the app to download the .ica file, then open the file (Downloads folder by default) to launch the application
Installing Citrix Workspace
To install Citrix Workspace we recommend following these steps:
- Uninstall Citrix Workspace from the list of Installed Apps if already installed (required)
- Update the Graphics drivers to the latest version (check Dell Command, Windows Update)
- Restart the computer
- Run the Citrix Cleanup Utility https://www.cetrom.net/downloads
- Download and Install Citrix Workstation LTSR 2402 (we recommend the Offline version)
- Do not check any of the Addons
First time signing in to Citrix Workspace
The application will appear in the bottom right of the Taskbar as - Double click to launch (check under the list of Hidden icons) - If you don't see the app in the Taskbar search for it in the Start Menu.
When Citrix Workspace first opens you will see a field to enter a URL.
Enter myapps.uchealth.org then click Continue
A window to enter credentials should then appear.
Enter university\ directly followed by your CU username for the User Name field. Then enter your CU Password, check to Remember my password and click Log On.
You should now see your list of Favorites apps. To see all the Apps, click Apps along the top toolbar.
Troubleshooting
To update Citrix Workspace, right click the Citrix Workspace icon in the Taskbar and select Check For Updates
To reset, right click the icon and select Advanced Preferences. Then select Reset Citrix Workspace.
Unable to add account with the given Server URL - I have no idea how to fix?

Children's Hospital
To open the Children's Hospital version of Citrix Workspace visit https://go.childrenscolorado.org
At the Citrix Workspace Splash screen, click the dropdown menu in the top right and click accounts. At the Add or Remove Accounts window select Add.. then enter the URL https://go.childrenscolorado.org
LTSR 2402 Update 3
