- Go to the following site: https://www.btapac.konicaminolta.com/index.html
- Once there, enter "Bizhub C360i" then select "GO"

You'll want to select the operating system based on your machine
You'll want to select Windows 11 in the operating system option, then open "Universal Print Driver V4" and download the latest version
- You'll then want to accept the agreement and press on the ZIP file to download
- You'll then want to go into your "Downloads" folder, select the folder and extract all; this should create a new folder for you
- You'll then want to open "Setup64.exe"; here, it will give you an option for both automatic and manual options. You'll want to select "Manual"
- Select "Add to list" on the set up screen; this should add a new printer to the list above; you can rename it in the "Print Queue Name" section as you would like
- Select "Port Settings" and select the option IP Address/Hostname; this will allow you to enter the printer's address

The North printer IP is 140.226.99.12; South Printer is 10.35.106.164; you can add both by adding another to the list in step 7 and inputting the IP address there. Once you enter the IP, you'll want to select "Next", then "Install" and this should add the printer to your devices
- Once the process is complete, you'll want to open your Windows settings and search "Scanners & Printers"
- Once here, you'll want to search for the newly installed printer based on the name you gave it and select "Printing Preferences"
- This will open a new window; at the bottom of the window, you'll want to select the blue highlighted text, select "Yes" on the confirmation text to open a new settings window

The next settings window should prompt you to select a model; press that, then search for C360i and chose "OK"
- After selecting the correct model, you should be able to enter the Account Track code which will allow you to print; to do so, select "Administrator Customize", then scroll down to the "Account track" section

Once there, you'll want to choose "Select Default setting" then enter your account track code which should be a 4-digit number, and select OK
