Installing VidyoConnect for Children's Employees or for UCHealth Employees. Follow

For Children's Employees

  1. Go to https://telemyc.childrenscolorado.org/and click the download button.

    2. Once the file is downloaded, install it and agree to the terms and conditions. Next, a portal page will appear. The portal for Children's users is https://telemyc.childrenscolorado.org/. Be sure to ask if you are unsure. Once portal is entered, click continue.

3. This will prompt the user to enter their Children's username and password.

4. After the user is in VidyoConnect will trigger a Windows Defender Firewall request and you will have to enter the machine's local administrator.

 

For UCH Employees

  1. Go to https://epicvideo.uchealth.org/ and type in your credentials.mceclip0.png
  2. Click 'Download'

    2. Once the file is downloaded, install it and agree to the terms and conditions. Next, a portal page will appear. The portal for UCHealth users is https://epicvideo.uchealth.org. Be sure to ask if you are unsure. Once portal is entered, click continue.
